Profiling line for 33×33 mounting profile (compatible with TECEprofil) — profile production and perforation equipment

The TECEprofil mounting profile system is widely used in both new construction and renovation. Thanks to its versatility, it is particularly useful in difficult installation conditions — sloping ceilings, wall niches, non-standard room geometry. The supporting frame is adjustable and very rigid, which is important for the stable assembly of installations and partitions.

We offer cold profiling equipment for the serial production of 33×33 mounting profiles made of galvanised steel (analogue/compatible profile for installation systems): hole punching → profiling → cutting to size. The line ensures precise geometry and repeatability of holes, and is gentle on the galvanised coating (minimal scratches).

Fields of application

1) Pre-wall assembly / Pre-wall

Pre-wall structures in bathrooms provide additional space for shelves and utilities and significantly simplify the installation of sanitary ware.

2) Free-standing installation wall

Such walls can be installed in any area of the room — at half height or from floor to ceiling. Important: the structure must be securely fastened to the rough floor base; for walls protruding into the room, additional supports/“support legs” are used.

3) Partition walls (Partition walls)

The profile system allows you to create floor-to-ceiling partitions and equip them with toilet/sink modules. The structures are manufactured in accordance with DIN 4103 (based on the customer's design).
