The 60 mm Square Tube Production Line with Roller Quick-Change is designed for efficient and flexible manufacturing of square welded tubes for industrial applications. The line is suitable for producing square tubes up to 60 mm, as well as round and rectangular tubes within the same size range.
By integrating a roller quick-change system, this production line significantly reduces size change time and improves production flexibility, making it ideal for factories handling multiple specifications and small to medium batch orders.
The line uses high-frequency ERW welding technology and is suitable for processing carbon steel and galvanized steel, ensuring stable welding quality and reliable long-term operation.
The square tube production line starts from the decoiler, where the steel strip is uncoiled and guided into the line. The strip then passes through leveling and enters the forming section.
In the forming section, precision rolls gradually shape the steel strip into a round tube. Roll forming is stable and controlled, which helps maintain consistent geometry before welding. The high-frequency solid-state welder heats the strip edges, and squeeze rolls press them together to form a strong and clean longitudinal weld.
After welding, the tube is cooled and transferred to the sizing section, where it is accurately formed into square tubes up to 60 mm or other required profiles. At the end of the line, a flying saw automatically cuts the tube to the preset length without stopping production.
A key feature of this production line is the roller quick-change system, which replaces traditional manual roll change methods.
With this system, roll units are pre-assembled and positioned using guided structures. During size change, rolls can be replaced or adjusted quickly without complex disassembly.
