The high frequency welded pipe mill is also used for making many kinds of special steel tubes for fitness equipment. These tubes are not round. They can be oval, hexagon, triangle, fan-shape and other custom shapes. Many gyms use these tubes for frames, posts, and support parts.
The line can work with tubes from 8 to 400 mm and wall thickness from 0.3 to 35 mm. It can make straight seam pipes, shaped pipes, and non-standard square or rectangular tubes. The ERW tube mill runs with carbon steel like 10#, 20#, Q235B, and also stainless steel like 316L and 310S. This helps meet strength and anti-rust needs for fitness machines.
The straight seam pipe production line can also be customized. It can make triangle tubes, octagon tubes, “bread-shape” tubes, or other special sections. It is good for small batch orders and for fitness brands that need special designs. The tubes have smooth surfaces and small tolerance because the line can use cold forming and hot rolling processes.
Oval and flat-oval tubes are common in many fitness machines. They make the grip comfortable and keep the structure strong.
