Our tube mill line is designed to make many kinds of special steel tubes, not only round pipes. The machine can form and weld custom shapes such as oval tube, trapezoid tube, concave tube, fan-shape tube, hexagon tube, plum-flower tube, tunnel-shape tube, L-shape tube, D-shape tube, and other non-standard profiles. These shapes are used in fitness equipment, automotive frame tubes, and construction formwork systems, where strong and light sections are needed.

The line works with tube sizes from 8 to 400 mm and wall thickness from 0.3 to 35 mm. It supports carbon steel and stainless steel. With high-frequency welding, stable forming, and accurate sizing, the tubes have smooth surfaces and small tolerance. By changing the roll sets, one line can make many different shapes, including custom designs for car parts, gym equipment, and building formwork support. We focus on designing and building tube mills that can produce custom welded steel tubes in many special shapes.
